As a lead instructor for not only his team, but various other institutions, he brings real-world practical experience to combat Firearms training. His is a phenomenal skill set as an instructor from attending numerous shooting schools to constantly update his individual abilities as an instructor to make sure he presents the best he can to the attendees in the TOSS classes.
About the Course:
The class is taught with the emphasis on the student shooters mechanics and weapons manipulation. What errors does each individual student make and how to address individual errors created by the various students our instructors will encounter over their teaching careers.
The focus of the class is creating a “hands on” approach that lets the instructor know of a student’s strengths and weaknesses long before we let the student fire rounds. To often numerous rounds are wasted (tough on small LE budgets) while trying to analyze student mistakes that should have been obvious to the properly trained instructor long before the student sent the first round downrange! This program is designed so that our instructors can not only teach proper combat technique but instantly recognize errors that would limit our students combat response.
