Keith Hill

Keith Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College and a Master of Science degree in information technology from American Intercontinental University. He has also achieved professional certification in Citrix (CCA), ITIL (Foundations v3), Microsoft (MCSE) and Novell (CNE).

Keith’s experience covers many sectors including military, small business, public safety, manufacturing, healthcare insurance, payment processing, and education. He previously held positions as Electrical Planner (Nuclear) in the United States Navy (CVN-65) in Norfolk, VA; Field Engineer at NetTek, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA; Network Engineer for Hampton Police Division in Hampton, VA; Network Systems Engineer/Lead with Textron/Computer Sciences Corporation in Augusta, GA; Associate Vice President of Service Support with Amerigroup Corporation in Virginia Beach, VA; Director of Infrastructure for Tier Technologies Inc. in Auburn, AL; Manager of Systems and Applications Support at The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) in Hattiesburg, MS; and now Director of IT Operations and Infrastructure at USM where he is responsible for the management and operations of the University's data center, enterprise systems, enterprise networking, telecommunications, identity management, IT architecture, database administration, ERP administration, ERP development, and web development.
