Bio

I am a strong believer that people are a product of their experiences. I grew up in an urban inner-city which instilled a fierce drive to create a very different future for myself and generations to follow. It also cultivated a highly entrepreneurial, can-do attitude where I don’t take no for an answer.

I have significant experience in the automotive, construction, manufacturing, retail, distribution, media and entertainment, professional services, and professional sports sectors, working hands-on with clients and teams in over 20 countries.

These experiences provided me with expertise in complex transactions and structures, including significant acquisitions and divestitures, strategy development and execution, international tax structures, technology-driven required change, cyber risks, and global financial reporting requirements.

As EY’s Americas Learning and Development Leader, designed and implemented the Firm's first learning experiences model for over 50,000 professionals.
