Bio
Lynn Whitehead is a USM nursing instructor and family nurse practitioner. She started her career as a registered nurse at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Hospital before earning a master’s degree in nursing practice from the University of Southern Mississippi to become a family nurse practitioner. She currently works as a family nurse practitioner with the City of Hattiesburg Employee Health clinic. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Sigma International.
