Bio
Dr. Holly Huye received her BA degree in 1990 from Loyola University in Communications, Advertising and her MS and PhD in Nutrition and Food Systems at The University of Southern Mississippi. She started teaching in nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Miss in 2008. Her research area focuses on Program Development and Community Nutrition Intervention.
