All students are expected to follow all University Academic Integrity Policies. Failure to adhere to stated policies may result in students receiving a failing grade for that exam, the entire course, and he or she may be dismissed from his or her currently declared major and/or major department. In addition, eligible students may be disqualified from graduating with academic honors, including Latin Honors.
Academic integrity violations have serious implications, including following the student on his or her official academic record at Southern Miss, and potentially on the official transcript.
